Mop is very tiny, standing hairs short of 5 foot and with a tiny build. Round faced, big eyed and with quick, energetic movements she looks the part of the cute kid sister. Her face is very expressive and hides nothing.

Mop’s primary trait is her high energy level. She’s always moving and finds it hard to sit still if not concentrating. Her mind tends to wander if she isn’t doing something physical as well. As a result she’s a fan of sports of all kinds and does better at hands on classes like Herbology and Care of Magical creatures than things like Potions or History of Magic.

Mop is also very insecure, a gift from her father, She’s always worried about hurting feelings and she tends to be easily offended since she thinks that most people are out to judge her severly for all her faults. Rather than change though she would rather deny that any given insult is a problem, seeing change as an admission of her own worthlessness She has a strong desire to be liked that coupled with her naturally friendly and helpful demeanor and thin skin makes her an easy target for bullies. She’s very defensive and will often take teasing the wrong way but at the same time tends to forgive people for just about anything after the fact.

Mop is an enormous tomboy and rejects all that “naff girly shit” out of hand. She’d much rather play rugby than worry about looks or boy’s, she prefers Dragons to Unicorns, the Falcon’s to the Harpies (Though neither holds a candle to Ballycastle) and is in general just one of the lads.

Her Gryffindorness truly shows in her stubbornness and her extroverted nature. Once she gets going she won’t back down come hell or high water. Her extroverted nature shows in the form of her loudly running through the halls shouting, singing off key Queen, and just generally being a friendly and forward person. If this seems in contradiction to her self-conscious and insecure aspects it should be noted that both are motivated by her desire to be liked and “worth something” to prove to herself that her father wasn’t right, so she puts herself out there to be liked and shies away from and obsesses about being hated.

Mop’s early childhood was not easy. Her Mother had neglected to mention that she was a witch until the oldest Mullet children Oliver and Olivia had started to show signs of magic. Their Father was not pleased, he took to drinking and as each child proved unnatural descended deeper into the bottle and ever more verbally abusive. Mop being the youngest got the worst of it while the others where at school. Timothy was a smart man even when drunk and always managed to know the exact right thing to say to reduce Mop to tears in short order. To get away she spent a great deal of time outside or hiding in the nooks and crannies of the house to avoid the inevitable tongue lashings.

By the time she was eight Oli, now Ser, and Liv had been kicked out and Doris decided enough was enough and took the younger three girls to live with their older brother and sister. The parents didn’t go after them, Timothy because he no longer cared and Adriana because she thought it for the best.

Mop was, naturally, devastated by the move. Not understanding why the move was needed, after all there was nothing wrong home that being better wouldn’t have fixed, she blamed Doris and the two began butting heads, something that often had to be put down by Cordy or Liv. She couldn’t be enrolled in a muggle school since her parents still had legal custody and so she was home schooled when Ser or Liv had the time. Most of her days were spent following Ser to his practices, it was less disruptive than a hyper child in a news office would have been, and quickly fell in love with the sport. And as a side effect of her disorientation caused by the move she latched on to Ser as someone to idolize and emulate.

Life during the summers was hectic, Liv and Ser were neurotic about taking care of everyone, Dor was slightly bossy and overprotective, Phe caused a ruckus, and Cor kept everyone from killing each other. Dor, Phe, and Cor have all moved out by now and things are much calmer.

Her school history is fairly unremarkable. She was sorted into Gryffindor, became a reserve chaser her second year, a full chaser her third, got decent marks on her OWLs. Her friendly nature earned her a number of friends across the various houses.
